One can expect a great interpersonal experience on the way to becoming physically fit. I take a personalized approach to each client that I work with. No two workouts will look the same. The fitness plan that I write will be based off YOUR goals. Some training programs are generic and written to be massed produced. Not when working with me. Clients will also have viability and say in their workouts. A client might have the choice between two different workouts for the day, or two different exercises that will achieve the same outcome on a particular day. Workouts can be customized for a gym setting or a home setting. 

Another perk of chasing One Tooth Training is that clients will have access to my cell phone number, so they are able to reach me anytime they have a question about their workout plan. This perk allows for direct communication with me and no hassle  of sending an email hoping to receive the answer by the time your workout begins.
