For those who have been following along with One Tooth Training one can see that I have not been as active on social media and have not come out with a blog post for nearly a month now. This is because of my work schedule. Between working 40+ hours at the gym (between floor hours, clients, and other miscellaneous tasks), working at a vitamin shop 10 hours, and coaching football it has been hard to have enough time to sit down and research a topic to put out a credible post. I do not want to be lax with my training of my clients or the football team. They expect my best and they will get my best and unfortunately that has put One Tooth Training on my back burner. With all of that being said here is what is currently happening with One Tooth Training: The 21 Day BodyWeight Challenge kicked off on July 1st on Facebook and has been a success thus far. There has been a lot of support and I am grateful for this. Currently I am trying to write as many blogs as I can with this time that I have to sit down to try and get one out to you guys at the very least once out of very two weeks. Again, thank you all for the support and continue to lift #MoreWeight.
