Getting exercise while on a busy schedule can be difficult. Many believe to get an effective workout in one has to spend tons of time in the gym. That is not always the case. According to the American Council of Exercise on just needs to exercise 150 minutes a week to see changes to their body. That is only 2.5 hours of commitment per week to see changes in your body! With that being said give this workout a try!


First set: 3 Rounds

     Crunches - 30 seconds

     Body weight squats - 30 seconds

     Shoulder taps - 30 seconds 

     Rest - 20 seconds

Second set: 3 Rounds

     Push ups (regular or knee) - 30 seonds

     Lunges - 30 seconds 

     Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds

     Rest - 20 seconds

Third set: 3 rounds

     Mountain climbers - 20 seconds 

     Dead bugs - 20 seconds

     Rest - 20 seconds
