Does is matter where I live?

No, it does not matter where yo live. I will adjust to your schedule if you live in a different time zone than CST. HOWEVER, if you live in the greater Milwaukee area I CANNOT train you online. It goes against the handbook and regulations of my gym. I CAN train you if you are outside of the area, not sure if you fall into this category? Still contact me and I will let you know!

What are the benefits to having an online trainer?

The benefits of having an online trainer are that there is someone holding you accountable for your actions. It is extra motivation to be physically fit not wanting to let someone down.

Is the consolation really free?

Yes, I am trying to save people money. The consultation is the first step in achieving your goals, as well as asking any questions that you may have for me.

What population of people can you help?

I can help any population. My skill set ranges from fat loss to muscular growth.
